
Joshua’s primary areas of practice encompass complex commercial litigation, corporate insolvency, restructuring and international arbitration. He has acted in trials before both the General Division of the High Court and the Singapore International Commercial Court, and has experience representing liquidators, listed companies, financial institutions and a range of institutional clients in contentious matters.
A passionate advocate, Joshua enjoys formulating litigation strategy and delivering oral submissions. He participated in the 2025 Essex Court Chambers – Singapore Academy of Law International Mooting Competition, in which he featured in the finals of the competition and appeared before a bench comprising a Singapore High Court judge and two English King’s Counsel on issues arising out of War Risks Clauses. His performance earned him the award as Best Speaker.
