Natalie Lim is an Associate Director at PK Wong & Nair LLC. She specialises in corporate and restructuring, employment and immigration law, and banking and finance, and excels at resolving complex cross-border issues with practical, commercially-driven legal solutions.
Natalie’s corporate practice spans a wide range of transactional and advisory matters. She has acted on buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and restructuring, divestments and capital injections. She is involved at all stages of the deal process, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and implementation. Natalie’s pragmatic and commercially-focused approach allows her to deliver solutions that balance legal compliance with operational requirements.
Natalie has extensive experience advising both local and multinational corporations on employment law matters. Her practice covers the structuring and implementation of employee stock option and incentive schemes, drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, and the handling of employee terminations, redundancies, and disciplinary matters. She frequently advises on the transfer of employees in the context of business transfers and compliance with Singapore employment laws. Natalie also supports clients on immigration and work pass matters, particularly where regulatory considerations intersect with corporate mobility strategies.
Natalie also regularly acts for financial institutions and corporates on a variety of banking and finance transactions, acting for both lenders and borrowers. Natalie’s practice spans bilateral and syndicated loan facilities, security and guarantee arrangements, refinancing, and cross-border financing structures. In addition, Natalie provides regulatory and compliance advice on issues arising under Singapore’s financial services framework.
Beyond the law, while she has retired from her career as a national athlete representing Singapore in Ultimate Frisbee, Natalie contributes to the Singapore Flying Disc Association in her capacity as an advisor, and a member of its Disciplinary Committee.
