Lawyer's Profile
Vikhna has almost 30 years of legal experience. He started his career as a dispute resolution practitioner in Alen & Gledhill. There, he was involved in both corporate and commercial litigation in the Singapore courts as well as international arbitration work under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
Keen to pursue more regional work, Vikhna then practiced as a corporate and commercial lawyer in a variety of Fortune 100 companies, including General Electric and Microsoft. He has vast experience across both the Asia-Pacific and Middle-East regions, particularly in China, where he was based for some time. Vikhna has held senior leadership roles across various industries such as FMCG, manufacturing, technology, construction and energy, leading the legal and corporate compliance functions of these multi-nationals.
He has keen interests in competition law, labour, employment and industrial relations, corporate compliance programmes, and investigations.
